What are the rates?
$20 per hour
$50 per half-day
$75 per full day.

What is the space like?
The office itself is within a second-floor suite of four offices, a waiting area and breakroom. It is the second office on the right as you enter. It is approximately 15’ long 10’ wide, with a therapist’s chair, sofa, office chair and desk.
Who else is in the suite?
Three other full-time therapists.
What hours is it normally available?
8 AM-5 PM Monday through Friday for full and half day rental, 8 AM-7 PM for hourly rental.
How does payment work?
Payment is online through the scheduling calendar. You will have access to this after we meet.
What do I need to do in order to qualify?
Fill out the form on this page, then we can meet for you to tour the space, get a quick orientation and sign a simple sublease agreement. Then you’ll be good to book and pay online.
Which professionals are permitted to use the practice studio?
This space is designed for licensed mental health professionals (psychologists, psychiatrists, LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, etc.) but if you think it would be a good fit for you, let’s talk.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel up until 24 hours before your scheduled time.
How far in advance do I need to book?
You can book as far in advance as you like – and as close to the appointment time as you like. It’s simply a matter of whether the space will be booked by then or not.
Can I use it for other purposes?

How do I get in?
Once you become an approved renter, you will receive a code for a lockbox on the suite door, giving you access to a suite key inside. This is only necessary if the suite itself is locked.

Will it appear to be a temporary sort of space?
We’ve made every effort to make this feel like a full-time professional counselor’s office.
